Peter Lim

Peter joined the company that was then under Time/System Planner as Financial Assistant in 1990. With his hard work, dedication and extraordinary leadership abilities, he was promoted to a yet demanding and challenging post of a Country Manager of the then Time/System Planner (S) Pte Ltd, our Singapore Branch Office and concurrently held the position of a Trainer in the Ventrax Group. Over the years of fulfilling the tremendous duties and responsibilities as a Country Manager and a Trainer, it has made Peter acquire the well-earned merits and recognition from the company and the people that he had trained. He had spent a great deal of time and effort in helping them attain their goals through the effective training method that Peter has tirelessly and patiently imparted to them. Among the companies that Peter were training and continuously sharing his knowledge and expertise are, Petronas, Tenaga Nasional Bhd, Forest Research Institute Of Malaysia (FRIM), Scientex Containers Sdn. Bhd., Golden Screen Cinemas, Univac Switchgear, Buying Guide, Sinmah Development and Sinmah Food Services and not forgetting Malaplast Co. Ltd- Thailand, and etc.

Peter's capability lies strongly in the training whereby the concept is emphasized to the very minute details on to its applications, coupled with his total commitment and dedication that these individuals he has personally trained have implemented these concepts to effective application in both their personal and working lifestyle. He believes strongly in building up one's self-confidence to achieve his/her goals in life. As he says, "If you want something in life, you have to work for it to the best of your ability", which he personally commits himself to doing with tremendous effort, dedication and pride in an exemplary manner.

With his considerable and admirable skill and experience, he continues to impart and share this wealth of knowledge and expertise not only to all his existing clientele but also through their recommendations that we had now mushroomed into a network of clientele all over Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Despite his wide scope, he was also overseeing the Marketing and Sales operation of Ventrax Management Sdn Bhd as the General Manager.
